Your ATOL protection

Flight-inclusive packages on tigerholidays.co.uk that are identified as ATOL protected are protected under CARIA HOLIDAYS LTD's ATOL 11211. PAXIMUM UK LTD operates tigerholidays.co.uk and acts as an authorised agent for Caria in relation to those bookings.

What ATOL protects

ATOL is financial protection for qualifying flight sales and flight-inclusive packages. It is designed to protect customers if the protecting ATOL holder becomes insolvent. ATOL is not travel insurance and does not replace insurance for cancellation, medical expenses, baggage, disruption or other travel risks.

Your ATOL Certificate

For an ATOL-protected booking, your ATOL Certificate will be sent to you by email immediately after your first payment is accepted. The certificate identifies the protecting ATOL holder, the booking and the protected travel services. Only the items shown as protected on the certificate are protected by ATOL.

Please check the certificate when you receive it and contact [email protected] immediately if it is missing or any protected service is incorrect.

Issuer and protecting ATOL holder

The business interacting with you may be shown as the certificate issuer even where the certificate is generated by the ATOL holder. The protecting ATOL holder for the applicable packages is CARIA HOLIDAYS LTD, ATOL 11211.

Receipts and invoices

Receipts and invoices for ATOL-protected bookings will identify the protected amount, the ATOL holder and ATOL number in accordance with the Agency Agreement and the CAA ATOL Standard Terms.
