transport details, airports, flight information where known, stops and baggage;

accommodation, location, category, room and board;

transfers and other included travel services;

the organiser and retailer/agent contact details;

the total price, unavoidable charges and any amount payable locally that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance;

deposit and balance payment arrangements;

minimum participant requirements where applicable;

general passport, visa and health information;

cancellation conditions and any product-specific non-refundable commitments;

information about financial protection and travel insurance.

The organiser is responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package.

You may have a right to transfer the package to another eligible traveller subject to reasonable notice and actual transfer costs.

You can cancel before departure subject to an appropriate and justifiable cancellation charge.

You may have a right to cancel without a termination fee where qualifying unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the package or carriage to the destination.

Significant pre-departure changes trigger the options provided by law, which may include accepting the change, accepting a substitute package or terminating and receiving the applicable refund.

If package services are not performed as agreed, statutory rights may include remedy, alternatives, price reduction, compensation and assistance.
